Redbus — reg - not providing refund for trip cancellation | |||
I booked two different trips in redbus. One is from 'chennai' to 'madurai' on 06/10/2019 with ticket no. TNAT20468218 and another one is from 'paramakudi' to 'pollachi' on 08/10/2019 with ticket no. TNAT19176428. I cancelled both of them due to medical reasons before 2 days. But I didn't get refund for a total cost of ₹1633 (₹868 for 1st trip + ₹765 for 2nd trip). I attached detailed screenshots taken from their mobile application regarding my refund. Please claim back my money from them. Was this information helpful? | |||

As discussed on call, the refund of amount Rs 652.50/- on your ticket TNAT20468218 and Rs.783/- on your ticket TNAT19176428 has been initiated from our end on 2nd October 2019.
