[Resolved]  Redbus — I didn't get refund

Hi this is raj kumar tiwari, i have booked three ticket on redbus from kanpur to gorakhpur to travel on october 29 and was canceled the bus on september 29, the problem is yet i didnt get the refund,

I don not got a message that bus has been canceled, i have contacted you for the same, but there is no response,. Kindly let me know why i didnt get the refund and when you will process,
