[Resolved] Redbus — I have not received refund till now for the complaint raised on 30 september 2018 | |||
I informed redbus to cancel the bus ticket and refund the amount due to delay in bus arrival. Redbus agent told me that he has raised the compliant ( Reference number[protected] for cancel the ticket refund ticket ticket amount. But till now I have not received the refund amount and no update from redbus. Tried to contact redbus customer support by WhatsApp chat, redbus app chat but there is no response .
