[Resolved] Redbus — I have to pay a huge cancellation fee just because I missed date. They deducted 390. | |
They said they will refund if I book another ticket within half an hour which I did. There too they charged rs 100 more. And for the previous ticket that I cancelled within 15 mins of booking they charged me Rs 390 more. There customer care can never be reached. Is this a service or extorting money?
