[Resolved] Redbus — I haven't received my refund for the bus tickets | |||||
I had to book a ticket from kochi to bangalore on 29th march 2018 and twice after the transaction the booking got cancelled automatically and my money was deducted twice. I called the customer care and they told me the refund will be done with in 7 working days. I still havent received any message or mail regarding the refund. Kindly resolve this issue because its taking too long, i filed a complain in the app as well but no response Was this information helpful? | |||||
