I want to complaint against Red bus.Bus name is go air bus..the ticket for going from basti to Delhi was issued on 14th December..the name of the primary passenger is mohd Sajid//55-male..he called 14th December and said that the bus will not go today and some problem has arisen in the bus which has been cancelled and your money will be returned in 1 week, and I called them again and again, so they said that tomorrow your payment will be returned, the day after tomorrow it will be returned, but today it has been 1 month and they are not returning the payment yet and talking so rudely...
