[Resolved] Redbus — I'm complaining about my refund | |||||
On 13th june we booked three tickets for shirdi, and the scheduled arrival time was 11:45 and we were waiting there from 11:30 to 2:00 but the bus didn't show up and we had to go back home... After that trying to get my refund but the people from red bus and tried talking to them they promised that they'll revert back but then i didn't receive any call back from there and it's more than a week now and these people are not helping me with this...
