[Resolved] Redbus — Incorrect dropping point mentioned in ticket | |||||
I had booked a travel ticket via redbus (Bangalore to thrissur) on 18/11/2016.. The dropping point mentioned at the time of booking and in the ticket provided by redbus after booking is 'thrissur'. But the bus stopped only at 'mannuthy bypass' instead of thrissur. Due to this i had to take a cab from mannuthy bypass to thrissur for which i had to pay an extra amount of 400. I request redbus team to refund rs 400 as the information provided by them at the time of booking was incorrect.
