[Resolved] Redbus — incorrect seat arrangement

Incorrect seat arrangements online it was showing 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 seats are behind drivers seat. But in actuality the seats were in last. This is bloody disgusting there was a 2months baby and senior citizens with us and that was the only reason i booked the tickets online. Is this the way you guys fool your customers, showing fake things. I am not leaving you guys so easily i will raise a legal complaint. I have attached the screenshots for your bloody reference. I was travelling with a small baby and this was really inconvenient for us. I want my money back and complete refund for these seats. And a wise advice for you guys i should not face this problem again improve your idiotic services. Refund me back my money.

The seat layout reflects as per the layout is shown by the bus operator on the website.

We have duly noted the feedback and would ensure the same is passed on to the relevant bus operator to be looked into.
