[Resolved]  Redbus India Private Limited — Bus booked got cancelled but no refund issued

I booked a bus ticket on 10th October 2025 for my son Adithya in a bus operated by Sri Krishna Travels through Redbus app for travel on 17th October from Hyderabad to Chennai paying Rs.2714.52/-. Berth number is U20, ticket # is TUB[protected] and PNR # is SKT4772414 and the booking was to board the bus from Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad at 8.35 pm as we are staying near that place. on 17th around 1.30 pm I got a message saying the boarding point has been changed to LB Nagar at 7.50 pm. It was Friday and after college my son won't be able to reach LB Nagar by 7.50 pm. So I called in the number provided and they told me that the bus in which berth was booked got cancelled and they arranged berth in some other bus which will not come to Rajendra Nagar. I told them that my son will not be able to reach L B Nagar by 7.50 pm and they said they will cancel the berth and refund the entire amount within 2 working days. Immediately I raised a complaint in Redbus app through help/customer care with support ticket Id 30538306. Since they said I will get entire refund I booked another berth(SU5) with Bharati Travels boarding from Lakdi ka pul at 9.30 pm ( ticket # TUBD68910160 and PNR # BHAPAHE46T192) paying Rs.2514/-. After 2 working days I again contacted the chat help in the app and I was told that refund will be done. They are registering complaint every time with different ticket Id's but no action is being taken till date. There is no customer care number in which customer can reach a customer care executive and get resolution. I have booked ticket through Redbus app relying on Redbus and not the bus operator but Redbus didn't provide any resolution in spite of raising complaints multiple times. I have paid Rs.2714/- for the first bus ticket which got cancelled and paid Rs.2514 for the second bus in which my son travelled. Since the bus operator has cancelled the bus and my son couldn't travel in that bus, I am entitled to get the refund of Rs.2714/-. Please provide a resolution to my grievance.
