Redbus India Private Limited — Poor service

On 28 sept i booked two tickets from red bus app from Vashi to Belgaum of dolphin travels ticket number -TUAP28406879, PNR[protected], SEAT 9 AND 10 AMT -2386

My wife is traveling with two daughters of age 1 year and 3 years respectively. and having 3 bags. as per red bus provided ticket bus depart 29 sept morning 9:20 am. due to bus broke at Kolhapur they stretch that at low speed till Nipani location. finally, that bus fully breakdown in Nipani at 10 30 am.
they forced my wife to switch bus and take gov bus for further journey and they transfer all luggage to that bus where seat is not available.
my both daughters are crying due to crowded bus and no space available continuously in this gov bus journey. i inform redbus on 29 septs for more than 10 times that i could not connect wife but i got answer that senior will connect after 6:30 pm and i didn't got any calls for my issue. my wife reached at 3;30 at her home .
I request a thorough review of this incident and consideration for resolution given poor service


this is serious issue that we trust Redbus and getting this type of service which is not acceptable at all .
