Redbus — Irresponsible service from Bus Operator.

Bus Operator reallocated my seat to some other passenger without my permission and I have completed my journey without a single seat. Bus operator didn't pickup my phone call from 9 pm to 11.30 pm since his phone was ringing and busy alternatively. Due to this I missed my bus and then chased the bus and got into it.
