Redbus — Issue on booking the tickets

I have booked an tickets on 23.04.2015 morning in between the 10:30 am -----11:00am boding point : kaliyakkavilai and end point : chennai the traveling date :03.05.2015 it was my mistake that i have given my email id as wrong but i have given my phone number correct but i did get any message in my phone number and i have wasted my 1 hour of my valuable time by contact red bus customer care center i did get any response from them. Bangalore –[protected] Chennai –[protected] TID :[protected] TICKET : TH5P48733443 it is my humble request can u take my complaint I have booked the ticket in hebron travels from red bus portal.
