[Resolved] Redbus — issue with bus bookings | |||||
I have an issue where redbus booking shows 2+1 seater and the bus come as 2+2 seater, which i didn’t prefer as its not conform for me. And support agent takes a very longer time to respond and finally when they pick they are not intending to resolve the issue, rather they pretend like they can’t hear the customer and disconnects the call and closes the ticket. No other way to report it voice this issue. When they can’t provide what i chose better don’t give false promise saying about comfort and support provided to customer.
