Ticket no : tnbm82252248 on 25 oct 2019. Journey was uncomfortable and bus delayed by 2.30 hrs approx late picked up. My family was waiting on street with 6 month child. I called to agent but he did not picked up the call. Bus and seat was not comfortable so i drop the bus in etawah before 160 km around from kanpur.
It is request you to kindly refund the amount against this booking tnbm82252248.
