Dear sir, This is regarding Service Ticket ID: 3740754 Myself Pravin Dhanve I booked 2 seats in konduskar bus on21 april 7.05 am seat no 23, 24 I was at wagholi stop at 6.25am, I called your pick man at [protected] first time at 6.26 am, he said that as bus will leave from kharadi i will let u know, bus didnt left yet, At 7.11 when I called at second time he repeted the same, and didnt call back after that so I called him once again at 7.34 am, he TOLD ME THAT BUS IS ALREADY AT KOREGAON BHIMA..SORRY BUT YOU HAVE TO TAKE OTHER BUS BY YOUR OWN. After this I called Redbus customer care... thay told me to anyhow complete my journey by any other means, i did the same. after that i got a Mail from your customer service MR Sachin with Subject Case Id - 3740754 [ ref:_00D281KZyA._5000I16iJGP:ref ] he said that "During our investigation regarding your complaint, we received information from the bus operator and other passengers that the bus had reached the boarding point on time and had waited for you as well." my point is that 1. when at 7.11 am the bus didnt left from kharadi how could it reached Bhima Koregaon At 7.34 . i.e. within 23 minutes and even waited for me at wagholi. to cover this distance of approx 20 km and traffic of wagholi how is it possible..
