[Resolved] Redbus — last moment change the travel type (sleeper to chair without refund) | |
I book my ticket on 29 oct`19 from kanpur to new delhi (Ticket id tnbs77032514, booking reference no.[protected] to travel on 30oct`19. At last moment change from sleeper to seat (Downgrade) amount difference is rs 500, So that i bear two type of loss 1. Comfort journey (Morning my office, no proper sleep) 2. Money loss Pls suggest me, where i complain? & how i get my loss. Same type of problem not face by others person Was this information helpful? | |
