Me and my friend Rakesh have booked a bus in redbus sunshine travels from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 29th december being boarding point at paradise hyd to maarathalli Bangalore
At paradise the boarding time was 7.30 pm
But the bus arrived at 11pm
We were waiting on roads and there was no proper response from driver, he was not lifting our calls and denying sometimes..
Later when we asked few people sitting over there they said it would arrive at 10.30 and bus had arrived exactly at 11.15 and the reason was mentioned as bus breakdown one time and the second time was some police had caught the bus..
That is very funny that it was having two reasons..
We have planned another flight journey post our departure thinking we would reach within same time mentioned or any delay of half an hour
But it was late by 2 and half hours and we have missed our flight and there were many repurcussions for our business due to this.
I highly demand this is unacceptable and would want to bring down the entire travels reputation.
Along with me there are other people in the bus who has the similar issues due to the delay .
Please look into this as priority and I need my entire refund of this compensating my flight charges and my time waste .
How do they think people can wait for 4 hours on roads like dogs?
There was no proper response nor any cl backs..
This should be prioritised and I demand my full refund and warn the driver to certainly not do such things for the next trips..
