I booked a bus on 18 and 19th of june 2022 respectively and both the days I’ve faced the delay of 2 hours.
Also the bus captain do not provide the location. They delayed the bus by saying it will take 10 mins to reach at the destination and by continuing the 10 mins thing they took 2 hours.
It was a mental torture of 2 hours that too in the night.
I want the compensation. Also the way I can reach the higher authorities. Was this information helpful? |
