My brother booked a ticket for me from Indore to Bundi through Redbus via the HDFC Smartbuy platform. The ticket destination was Bundi, so it was supposed to drop me at Bundi, but when we reached Kota they said the bus
did not go further. It was around 05:30 am so the travels office (Navrang
Travels) was also closed. Therefore, I had to take another bus to Bundi.
The message that I received for the trip:
Dear Passenger, Your Bus details from Indore to Bundi on 10/04/2023 are PNR: 402000, Bus No: RJ-20-PB-1457, Driver details: Monu Rider, [protected] - BITLA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED
