Redbus — Mis-leading information on website about bus halt

I have catched Tejas Travel from Mumbai to Tuljapur at 7.50 PM (Dadar) but there is no rest stop for dinner. In return journey from Tuljapur to Mumbai clearly mentioned about "bus will not stop at any rest stops". Based on given information on website I assume that Bus will stop Mumbai to Tuljapur route and no halt Tuljapur to Mumbai as it starts at 10.00 PM Please understand passanger travel with their families and planning accordingly as per given information. Now we are in trouble and running pillar to post to request Bus driver, bus operators & redbus. Are we wrong and selected wrong booking service who providing mis-leading information Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
