[Resolved] Redbus — misbehavior by conductor in below bus | |||
1) myself c subramanian has booked below bus for my family (Myself, wife and a kid) kpn boarding pass: e2973d Ticket #: e[protected] Seats: u9, u10 Vehicle #: ka51-d8844 Vehicle contact: [protected] Boarding: hosur (Kpn) at 09:30 pm 2) bus came late at 45mins at 10.15pm, 3) conductor came to berth and started insulting in front of everyone and insisted on not start bus till i buy one more ticket for my kid - 9 years old, 3) i had asked for seat in case of full ticket - rs 700but he refused and rudely asked me to offload from bus in case of not give money 4) he told please go to red bus in case of additional seat or any other transaction, 5) so i was forced to pay - rs 700 without ticket and additional seat for above bus journey Iam very much embarrassed in front of everyone with such rude and insulting behavior of bus staff in hosur.
