Hi team,
We booked Pal Travels Bus to travel from New Delhi to Jalandhar. Our boarding point was near nagpal diary, Yamuna Bazaar Red fort. Our time of boarding was at 21:00pm 27th June 2021.
We reached the spot half an hour early and called the contacts which were provided by Redbus. A person asked details and said that Bus did not run on that route and there isn't any alternate arrangements. After much humiliation and little success we couldn't make the intended journey because of fraud booking by Red bus. Why were they taking the booking without checking with the operator first?
This is totally unfair. It is your responsibility to inform us properly on bus details. We want immediate refund of the money paid.

May we know whether you would pay money for not informing and letting us to panic? Should we cancel our trips because of your irresponsibility?
