Dear Team,
I made a booking on 14th August 22 from Nagercoil to Chennai.
I made a payment of Rs 5670.00/- thru PhonePe.
The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.
I tried calling customer care and they didnt pick up my call.
I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 5670.00/-has been duly credited to redbus.
The UPI transaction ID isT2208141213169751730481 dated 14 August 22.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest.
