[Resolved] Redbus — money debited from account but ticket not created. no refund too | |||||
Ticket booked from bangalore to ernakulam on 4th of nov 2017. Ticket not booked created, but money got debited from account. As per bank customer care and bank statements, money got successfully credited to redbus account. But they are not agreeing the same and i am behind redbus from past 22 days. Redbus is not considering my mails and not responding properly. Please take immediate action so that none of the customers will face the same in future. Was this information helpful? | |||||
