[Resolved] Redbus — Money deducted from account ticket not issued ...no refund after 7 days | |||||
I have done booking on 25 th November 2016.due to some reason transaction failed and didn't get booked ticket.but money deducted from account.i called so many time to red bus but they told me that amount will be auto refund to account within 7 days but i didn't get amount till today.this peoples doesnt have good service .they dont have toll free number simply wasting customer time and money...i request to take some action red bus... Jan 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks For giving clear reply.all this misunderstanding happen due to mail and sms sent by redbus people.you people sent message that you have initiated refund.so that is the reason all this happen but now i got my money from bank.thanks for your kind reply. again it's proved that redbus is best company for online bus booking .
