[Resolved]  Redbus — Money deducted from my account but bus ticket not booked

Hello sir,
I'm Satish babu, on 06/12/2022 while booking bus tickets from Hyderabad to shiridi through redbus app, I made payment through Google pay. My money got deducted from my account but bus ticket was not confirmed and status showed failure. Redbus not sent me any message regarding refund nor even after complaining redbus authorities they have not yet send any confirmation msg. My UPI transaction number is[protected]copy attaching to this complaint)

Hello sir, My email is [email protected] And Phone number is 7207515439 And Google Chrome I had opened not from redbus app, so they didn't asked me about registered mail and phone number Sir, i already posted my gpay payment confirmation done, in that transaction number is also there. in this why Gmail or phone number required I'm unable to understand. When payment done and no ticket booked means, do refund to that number and how can you resolve the complaint without actually resolving it

I have not entered my mail id as I have booke through Google Chrome. Not from redbus app. Im having transaction number which I am attaching through this reply. My transaction amount is Rs.6000/-. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com
