Redbus — money deducted from my wallet

My money deducted from my redbus wallet without informing me after raising so many support requests they said money transferred to my bank account. But i have never send any details to them and whatever the transferred account details they mentioned are not mine. I told them but they didn't responding to my support requests.

I have booked my ticket and the money has been deducted from my account twice for two different buses and the ticket confirmation hasn't been send to nearly 6000 amount has been deducted for the two failed transactions and for two different buses. please check the issue and refund my money as soon as possible. Thank You
