[Resolved] Redbus — Money extracted without providing the service | |||
While trying to book for a bus ticket through redbus.com for a journey from Cochin to Chennai, I had to loose Rs.2650/- in two instances of booking. And the customer care number in also non responsive after repeated calls to the provided number [protected]. Case 1. Booking in Sona Travels on 18/04/2015 at around 1 PM using redbus.com app and the sum of Rs.1250/- was deduted with a message showing "due to technical reasons money has been deducted but ticket could not be booked". Case 2. After getting a confirmed ticket for booking in AVS travels for the booking done on 19/04/2015 at around 10 AM, I was informed with a message that the ticket is cancelled for unavoidable reasons.In this instance Rs.1400/- was deducted. For Case 1 only money transfer details are available. For Case 2 both image of ticket and money transfer details are uploaded here with the complaint Was this information helpful? | |||

People it is a good news that I sent the problem in details to [email protected] and they
attended the problem and received the refund on 4th day itself.
I may be lucky or the I thank redbus for atleast good at resolving
the issue. | |||
