[Resolved] Redbus — Money fraud | |||||
Booked a ticket online on Redbus website. They accepted the payment, however, never issued a ticket. I tried calling the Customer Service but they never answered the call. I have lost a considerably amount of money and it has not been refunded. Please help me. They never issued tickets and stole my money. This is fraud and not acceptable.
