I have cancelled red bus 4 tickets (Chennai - bangalore) up & down on june 11 2019 but still not received the amount. I received the email that you will get your money in 7 days but its almost a month. Verified Support Jul 03, 2019 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi, Greetings from redBus! This shouldn't happen. The tickets were canceled as per your request and the details as follows. The refund of your tickets TN6W47631090 Rs 1138.2 and TN6W63611293 Rs 2064 was initiated from our end on 11th June 2019. The bank ARN numbers for the same are[protected] &[protected].
