[Resolved] Redbus — Money not refunded, 13 days over | |||||
I had booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to belagavi on 24 Oct 2016, rs. 2400 was diducted but did not get seat, I called customer care on the next day they said it will be refunded within a week, it was not refunded after a week, I called again, sent mail, but still its not refunded. The 13 th day is over I did not receive amount yet. I will never book bus on red bus now onwards. Was this information helpful? | |||||
