[Resolved] Redbus — Money not refunded | |||
I have booked online ticket on redbus .During payment it throwed some error that the transaction was not successful.So I booked the ticket again. But the amount was not refunded.In the red bus site under trips tab the ticket was booked. As the ticket was booked but I didnt get sms nor email.Please send sms or email if its booked.Customer is not aware eventhough sms or mail not generated they have to go through the site and check. I request people aware of this. I was unable to cancel the ticket also.Please take care of these things. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had booked a ticket on 6th october, the ticket was not confirmed but money was deducted, again I had rebooked the ticket and finished my travel. Still the refund by pilani labs is still pending . I tried to contact the customer care they informed that was a technical error and will be refunded soon but still no action has been initiated.
