[Resolved] Redbus — money refund | |||||
I have booked a ticket from visakhapatnam to vijayawada on may 8th.. Transaction was failed for first time and (2709) money was deducted from my account twice... I have raised a complaint with redbus for almost 6 times but they dint refund the money.. Redbus customer care is saying they will refund the money as money was credited to their amount twice but they are not refunding the money.. I have attached the proofs..
