[Resolved] Redbus — Money refund not done from 15 days | |||||
No cordination between redbus and the operator.. Problem pending from last 20 days. Because of their confusion i had to deboard the bus and as it was midnight so i had to again pay full amount of ticket n board the bus again.. Complain raised on same day bt its been 15 days no action taken.. Very poor service. Will never recommend to anyone.. Hating redbus.. Called customercare 1000 times.. Already talked to supervisor bt nuthing happened.. Poor service Was this information helpful? | |||||
