The amount of Rs. 2210 deducted from my CBI account but the ticket is not booked...The transaction is failed...
I booked 2 tickets from Pune to Murtizapur...From Redbus...

I have booked ticket on 20th November from nagpur to pune and got my bus cancelled on that date.
But till date I dint got my money.
So kindly plz refund my money
