[Resolved] Redbus — my bus was cancelled and refund is still pending | |||
I booked ticket tnaq63574582 from kaushambi to lakhimpur on 27 sep. But it was cancelled and i was not informed till borading time about being cancelled. And now i am asking for refund so red bus has said we will refund within 72 hrs. But till now i didn't get any response except apology message for inconvinience. Pls refund as early as possible. Service given to me is also very poor i have to arrange on my own that night.. Really bad experience from red bus. Was this information helpful? | |||
