[Resolved] Redbus — my money not refunded yet

My transaction id is [protected] and reference id is [protected]. We have booked tickets through red bus in hebron transport from chennai to madurai on nov. 7 2018 @ 11:15 pm. We got msg stating tat bus has been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons and my payment ll be refunded within 2 working days. But till now my payment has not been refunded. Kindly do the needy as fast as possible.
