[Resolved] Redbus — No / Incorrect seat given on travel from Nasik to Mumbai | |||
Hi, I booked 2 bus tickets from Nasik to Mumbai for the journey date 06/03/2017 ie today with RED Bus. The tickets I had booked was for 2X2 seats with Sai Veer Bhadra travels however when I reached the boarding point I was asked to board a Sai May bus from Dwarka Circle at Nasik. However when the bus had arrived it was a Sleeper bus and I was told by the bus operator that the 2 passengers have to sit on 1 berth and have to share which is incorrect since I had booked 2 different seats and not to share 1 seat/berth. My mother who is a senior citizen cant sit with me due to her old age. Due to which right now I have to travel standing because of your mistake. I did call RED BUS customer care support and explained the situation however it was of no help since the team wanted fo investigate hence I had asked to speak to his Superior however he declined. Now I am standing in the whole trip becuase RED BUS didnt take the responsibility to help their customers realtime and didnt even allow to speak with a manager. I even told the RED BUS customer service agent to refund me the charge however I was told he cant give me an assurity and forcefully I had to travel in the same bus at 20:30 from Dwarka Circle Nasik.
