Redbus — no message related to ticket booking even after money deduction

I booked the ticket on the RedBus app but ticket got cancelled, and i don't get any of message like ticket booked or ticket cancelled and even not showing booking history in the app even after the money is deducted from my account and don't get any of ticket no. or etc. No responses from the customer care services of the redbus site. Till now my problem or query is not solve out. please help me out to solve the problem. no message related to ticket booking even after money deduction and even not provided any reference no for queries
