[Resolved]  Redbus — no phone call from customer side

Good evening sir, I am Anjaneyulu from Vijayawada.I have booked my ticket from Vijayawada to Bangalore through red bus.in. At 05th, may( Monday) 6.15pm.As per message I was at NTR statue, Vijayawada at right time.But, they went to Bangalore with out phone call.I request to you please consider my complaint and do the needful.
