My bus was supposed to come at 10:55 and i was there at 10:50. Zingbus claims to have had call me but i recieved none. If i had their number i surely would have called. They did not wait for me, nor contacted me, and left me stranded on the road. And now i’m not getting any refund nor a place to file my complaint. All i’m getting is a “Sorry”.
