[Resolved] Redbus — no proper response about refund amount | |
Sir/mam, Iam siva subramanian. I booked in dhanam travels by redbus on 24.12.2018. And ticket conformed immediately. Ticket no: tmdk95473929. Passenger name:siva subramanian (Male), thanga anna lakshmi (Female). Departure time:10pm dec 29.12.2018. Seat no: l3, l4. But they sent message on 29.12.2018 at 1.52pm (On jouney date) which your ticket cancelled. Then i tried to contact both of them (Thanam travels and redbus). But i can't. After more time they contact me via whattsapp. But in whatsapp chat they didn't give proper information. They chat repeated same words for my questions. I mentally and physically disappointed. That chating i atattched here. Please kindly i request you to take the action and do my refund amount immediately. Was this information helpful? | |
