[Resolved] Redbus — No refund | |||
To whomever this letter may concern my name is BEVIN JOHN BABY and i would like to convey my disappointment with the redbus service. I had booked a Ticket on tge 14th of October Trip I.D[protected] from bangalore to kottayam. But instead my my money was debited from my account and i was promised i would be refunded the money being 1000 rupees within 7 days to my bank account for which i have already provided to the customer care. Now its been 1 month and when ive called them they are showing no interest. Its very saddening that ive lost my money for such an irresponsible service I would really appreciate if an effective action is taken Was this information helpful? | |||
