[Resolved] Redbus — No refund | |||||
To whomever this letter may concern my name is paritosh singh and i would like to convey my disappointment with the redbus service. I had booked a ticket on tge 29th of october trip i. D[protected] from lucknow to agra. But instead my my money was debited from my account and i was promised i would be refunded the money being 932 rupees within 7 days to my bank account for which i have already provided to the customer care. Now its been 20 days and when i have called them more than 5 times but they are showing no interest. Its very saddening that ive lost my money for such an irresponsible service I would really appreciate if an effective action is taken Was this information helpful? | |||||
