[Resolved] Redbus — No refund | |||
Dear concern, My ticket book on for date 24/04/17. But due to some health problem of my son not able to journy on 24/04/17. But at the time cancelletion, only 51/- rupees showing will be refund back. Its a very pathetick seanarios for any customer. Look in to the matter. Just requesting one thing if possible kindly refund the full amount. Ticket no tk5m89593875.
