[Resolved] Redbus — no refund for bus cancelled at the last moment | |||
Ticket no. - tk4u27978389 booked in march. Bus was cancelled at the last moment and no alternative provided. I initiated a complaint vide ticket id - 976475 and have been following up for the refund for the past 8 months and utter rubbish response from their end. Each time i contact the customer care, i have to explain the whole scenario for 10minutes. Fraudster service is the exact word for them Was this information helpful? | |||

We have tried to book tickets from Vijaywada to Bangalore. But the transaction was failed two times. And also amount was deducted from my credit card. The transaction was done on 05.12.2017. and the ticket is necessary for us
