[Resolved] Redbus — no refund for bus cancelled at the last moment | |
Ticket no. - tk4u27978389 booked in march. Bus was cancelled at the last moment and no alternative provided. I initiated a complaint vide ticket id - 976475 and have been following up for the refund for the past 10 months and utter rubbish response from their end. Each time i contact the customer care, i have to explain the whole scenario for 10minutes. Fraudster service is the exact word for them Was this information helpful? | |
