Redbus — No refund of money due to bus cancelled from authority

As i booked ticket on 31 mar 2015 from bangalore to hydrabad in the name of Syed Nayaz due to some politics problem that day all buses were cancelled and redbus excecutive told that we refund the money back to your account but still not yet it has creadited so please cheak the details and full fill with this problem with below refernce.
