[Resolved] Redbus — no reply from the redbus authorities | |||||
I refereed two of my friends and they successfully completed their journey. But i did not got any referal bonus. For that i called as well as mailed redbus. They are saying that my account is not reflecting. I called 8 to 10 times. I have mailed 3 times with all the screen shots as propf of my valid account. I am taking continous follow up from the last 7 days. But every time i get the same reply that "your request is processed to backend team and wait for 24 hours" same disappointing reply. Jan 18, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call back from the company and they said that from the past 3 months i have not travelled so my redbuswallet is inactive in their database. I said them that i had done a recharge in last month but they said that recharge is a different thing, there is no bus booking in the past 3 months. So when you will travel by redbus in future your wallet will be active and then we will credit the amount. But after this experience who would like to travel by redbus.
For them it is different service like bus booking, hotel booking, recharge, but for us all the services are the same & why will i book a bus in every 3 months. I will do that only if i need it. I dont know why this policy of 3 months is there but i would advice the people to think once before referring to other people. Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
